    ayaw e compare ang weight loss sa uban, not even the average weight loss the infomercial is saying.. either ma happy ka, or ma disappointed ra ka kai different ang reactions sa tagsa2 ka tawo..

    suggestion:
    don't step on the weighing scale.. measure your results according to the changes in your body(waistline, muscle definition, more endurance during workouts, etc,), and how good you feel about yourself.. i've been doing DVD home workouts for 4 months now and haven't stepped on the weighing scale since. just my 2 cents.
    Salamat kaau sa suggestion Ako itry na... Im on my 4th week na and medyo makaya kaya na nako gamay. Gikulbaan nako for month 2 :/

    gikulbaan is a good feeling.. pasabot normal ra ke. hehe
    ayaw lang papildi sa kakulba kai naa uban mu surrender na wala pa gani kasugod.
    keep pushing hard.

    Hehe... Thanks... Naglibog ko bah kay migamay akong timbang pero feeling nako wala ko migamay lol.... akong tiyan ug akong bukton feeling nako ala migamay... ing ani gyud ni nga ang legs ang murag kapoy kaau inig workout? Or yaya lang gyud ko mao ako tyan ug bukton kay wala nasakit

    2 weeks in nah since ni balik ko... saddly no progress

    maybe next week mag incorporate ko ug weight lifting

    body fat mi ga base. started with 27%, ended up with 15%. pero diet plays a big role jud. avoid sweets.
    Fit Test:

    Day 1/Day 60
    Switch Kicks = 25/86
    Power Jacks = 20/65
    Power Knees = 45/110
    Power Jumps = 35/70
    Globe Jumps = 4/9
    Suicide Jumps = 15/24
    Push Up Jacks = 18/35
    Low Plank Oblique = 54/90

    just finished the first day of the 2nd month program. freakin' intense!!!

    ako ra bay wala nag record sa ilang fit test ani? hehehe.. bsta maka workout lang.. anyway, finished the first day of my last week in insanity.. will do my best to lose more lbs this week.. so help me God.
