I have most of John Saul's books and the one that i really love is the Manhattan Hunt Club.

DEAD AIM by Conrado de quiros...
i was truly amazed by the things he had written about the marcos regime... well that's because during Marcos' time, i wasnt born yet...

besides, walang kupas si de quiros... especially his metaphors.

i have not finished the book though, it's so thick...

Aside from the usual fantasy & mystery novels, these are the titles that made quite an impact on me:

Jonathan Livingston Seagull - one of my favorite classics
The Aladdin Factor - a great self help book on asking for what you want in life, written by the 'Chicken Soup' authors
Conversations with God - 3 books that focus more on spiritual, not religious view on God, oneself, and the world we live in; a very enlightening read

and am currently reading 'The God Delusion' by Richard Dawkins

I like supernatural weird horror fiction.

I recommend the Penguin classic collection Algernon Blackwood - Ancient Sorceries and Other Weird Stories.

If anyone else is into this kind of genre, can you recommend me other stuff? (I also have H.P. Lovecraft & Edgar Allan Poe books, currently looking for Robert E. Howard and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle collections)
