Pope Leo X was a great failure during the time of Reformation especially that he was a corrupt pope who was exposed by Martin Luther.

Pope Leo X, born in Florence (December 11, 1475 – December 1, 1521) was Pope from 1513 to his death. He was the last non-priest to be elected Pope. He is known primarily for the sale of indulgences to reconstruct St. Peter's Basilica and his challenging of Martin Luther's 95 theses. He was the second son of Lorenzo de' Medici, the most famous ruler of the Florentine Republic, and Clarice Orsini. His cousin, Giulio di Giuliano de' Medici, would later succeed him as Pope Clement VII (1523–34)

    Pope Leo X

Papacy began March 9, 1513 (elected)
March 11, 1513 (proclaimed) Papacy ended December 1, 1521 Predecessor Julius II Successor Adrian VI
Birth name Giovanni de'Medici Born December 11, 1475(1475-12-11)
Florence, Italy Died December 1, 1521 (aged 45)

Yes he was very weak and Martin Luther exploited that weakness!

No class pa until until June 15. Classes were suspended because of the H1N1 virus thing. I have to go to USC anyway because I have to attend the orientation of freshmen Psych students.

    Thanks for asking.

Hey I am not an atheist my friend hap! I am a student of Theosophy and therefore one with all the Esoteric Religions in the world.

Yes that's what friends are for. You may call me the THE HERETIC of all heretics and I don't care for I don't take it personally my friend. We are here to seek the truth!
