    Hey mga istoryans! I just have a question about the best dosage for whey protein shakes. Mas maayu siya after workout and before bedtime or after workout lang jud? What's the best suggestion for this? Thanks!

    Libog man sad ko ani bai kay they said it's after waking up, before workout, post work-out & before bedtime. But I only do mine before & post workout. Og sa kanang panahon na gutomon ko na way makaon kay di pud ko kamao moluto, hehhehehe.... Basta all I know is whey is just a supplement. Basta hit lang nimo imong macronutrient requirements, you're good.

    I'm 5' 9" and 54kg. Unsa maayo para maka gain ko ug timbang without working out or mag gym? I do mountain climbing weekly with about 4kg backpack, which is maka pa lose ug timbang.. It's not my purpose nga mag climb ko, hobby lang nako. Ganahan lang ko maka gain ug timbang. Eating seems to be not working kay paspas kaayo metabolism nako. Mas naka gain pa akong gf nga mag dako man unta ko ug kaon. haha.

    I'm not aiming to gain muscles.

    pareho ta boss pas2x kay metabolism ang solution ra gyud ana... mas mu kaon pakag maayo..

    Kaon lang kag x2 sa imong usual nga kaon geraldo. Mao na akong gibuhat from 55kg to 63kg nako karon. julius n.

    This is me from skinny as a tooth pick to 152 lbs with 11% fat with just meal prepping and Everyday Crossfit ive also gotten stronger with 185lbs bench press 350 lbs deadlift and 250 lbs squat my goal is regionals scaled on the Crossfit Games
