    im 5'2", 78 kgs. about 13 kilos above my ideal weight. if i want to be lean/lose weight what would be your recommemded lifting?

    1. light weights, high rep
    2. heavy weights, low rep

    haha. ok rman na. pero the way I see it, problema nimu. mapul.an ka ana madugay. wa gyud ko kasuway palit anang broccoli.mahal kaau na. dili na practical. if mag cut ka, nagamit ka katong app nga calorie calculator? I find it very useful (sa mga nakasuway ug gamit ha).

    ayaw kalimot train for strength gyud at this point all the time.

    lahi rman ang legs ug ang bagtak if bodybuilding ang storyahan. you can still have chicken legs while dagku ug bagtak.

    wla rman. hayahay lang ka kay u don't have to train it directly. uban kelangan pa e train ug maau para mu daku.
