i have read your posts about this, anyways i was never asked this question ever since i first hunt for a job. but anyways lesson learned. it was just to test your personality. if they endorsed you to the floor or for training you already gave them a hint that if you were asked about your work in SYKES, you might immediately share all the confidential issues and matters to people who will solicit your knowledge. the moral is "a secret is a secret and should never be broadcasted..."

there's no such thing as tax free oi... all citizens of the republic of the philippines are to pay their due of taxes wether married, single, single-head of the family, or disabled..
very recently, changes sa tax code 2008 kay ang single-head of the family (with certificate) kay gi aline na sa mga single... so now there's only single and single with dependent..
meaning ang mga single parents (with certification) maka file sila adjustment sa ilang tax..
ma adjust na ilang deductions gamay (gamay ra kaau)...
ang mga disabled, kay naa pud na silay adjustment sa ilang taxes..

ang kanang tax return na ihatag sa company at the end of each tax year,
kay SOBRA na sa imong mga taxes...
ang accountant sa company can allot a certain amount for your WTX...
but tungod sa mga absences or mga additional income nimo from OT or holiday pay..
kaay naa pa na further adjustments so inig kwenta sa accounting inig end of the year,
usually naa jud na sobra..
say for example you were employed in April this year.. and they immediately started deducting you
WTX, and the company remited taxes from april to june which is covered sa 2008 na tax year nimo..
ilang i uli ang mga taxes na wala nila na remit from you...

if diskompyado jud ka, go to the accounting office and ask for a tax table..
then ikaw compute sa imong taxes, make sure you know the current status of your employment..
like single, regular employee or married regular employee with dependent.. and spouse asking for additional compensation... etc etc etc...

should you see any discrepancy, adto sa ila para makita nimo unsaon nila pag compute imo taxes..
the more income you have... the more taxes you have...

tanawa si kris aquino.. she pays millions in taxes mao na it's always an announcement when she pays her taxes...


there are also times if dli ma tarong ug ihap sa accounting imong taxes, instead naa kay tax return naa pa nuon kay payable...
pero ila mana i installment ug kuha sa imong sweldo.. so meaning, bayad na nuon ka imbis you are expecting a return..
make sure to be in the know about your taxes.. visit the accounting office ;D
