    Well, I've seen people in their 50s doing splits in Yoga sessions so it's certainly not impossible. Like all other goals, go into it slowly and consistently.

    I read through the article and we can now conclude that its safe to continue on workouts even with period. I am glad that question has been answered... i need not worry anymore..gahi man kog ulo, magwork out gyapon coz i dont want to lose my momentum..

    Definitely safe! Just progress slowly. Remember, you are no longer in your teens so you can't be as aggressive. Also, you don't recover as fast as you used to

    Thanks.... I noticed I can't perfect my kicks if I don't maximize my splits. I just have to do it slowly. Though I admit it's not as easy as it used to be.
