    PEDs are everywhere...kasulod gani sa UFC, cycling, and etc...even other what they call "natural" bodybuilding shows... pero I never condemn. Sa akong mga kaila. gamay nalang kaau ang wala nagamit.

    to each his own if naa plang koy potential sa akong lawas and can make money out of it by competing shows. y not use!?

    guys ask lang ko some suggestion. im here in saudi since march 18 2015 sa akong 5 months lang pag stay diri ni gain nako og 12kls. from 85 kilos to 97 kilos karun nag start nako og home exercises like push up, and sit up. sa ako ka desidido jud mo gamay ni palit ko og sit up. equipment.every morning maka sit up ko 100times. and ni start napud ko og diet. ask lang unta ko unsa inyu e ka suggest nga mga food nga paspas maka pa flat sa stomach. and unsa nga exercise maka pa muscle ug dali eheheh

    salamat daan mga bossing.

    29 yrs old ko. 5.8 ang height

    thanks fred! in my case, as of now, i dont intend to go to the gym forever... a year at most lng cgro ko. is it advisable if i still go to the gym or might as well stop for me not to gain weight?

    oh by the way, my only purpose is to lose weight.. kung mo lose nako, im thinking mag diet nalang sa food.. im so confused..

    don't worry...confused pud mi ani. coz we all have different genetic imprint. what might work for you might not work for me

    anyway, yes. going to the gym might really eat up your time especially in this fast paced world of ours. My suggestion is that: (ubay2x gyud ni. lol).

    1., find sometime of doing some physical activity that you enjoy, it might not be in the gym...badminton, running, and etc... it will greatly help you in losing or maintaining your weight.

    2. yes, as the commercial says..70% diet 30% weights...you have to control your food intake. Focus more on nutrient dense foods. focus more on sources of protein and good source of carbo and fats...(anyway, I suck in this dept.) haha.

    3. if you have other physical activity other than the gym, I would suggest once or twice a week mag strength train ka. strength training has lots of benefits, dna nalng naku imention kay dili ko mahuman. hehehe. it would really help tighten your muscles giving you a good posture (dili losyang tan.awn).

    I think that would be all for now... there is always time for everything... sacrifice lang gamay or change lang gamay sa lifestyle

    Homebase ako trabaho so naa ra kos balay permi. Mag cge ra kog linkod og higda moang ni gain jud kog weight.

    Ni start na kog gym para naa sad mabuhat ako lawas and para dili ko mudako ug samot.

    Akong plano kay mag cge lang cardio hangtod mudaot ko (flat ako tummy), then after that ara na ko mu sugod og lift weights kay mahadlok ko gud na mugahi akong tiyan na dako pa pareha sa uban. Okay raba ni? Any advicw would be greatly appreciated. Salamat

    Lift weights + Cardio. Dili na tinuod kana mu gahi imo tiyan. Keep your diet in check, Lift some heavy weights, do cardio.

    Aw salamant kaayo @Lord_Ac . about sa diet. Ok na ba nang 1 rice every meal ug viand na meat (chicken, pork or fish). Tig 2 rice man ko sa una? Then 3 time a day ko mukaon.

    Mas maayo jud mu count ka calories... but to keep things simple, daghana nalang imo gulay kaonon para mabusog ka ug dali. Dili man ang rice maka tambok, kana man sobra imo kaon. Portion control lang. Bisag 1 cup or even no rice ka unya usa ka kaldero nga humba imo kaonon, dili jud na maka gamay.
