you can verify if your sykes cafe is approved or not.. login to sharepoint.. go to sykes cafe.. type your login name and password, go to the first option - Sykes Cafe Account.. Claim Status (bottom)..

look for 2010 (imong mga g.pang-applyan nga benefits).. you will see if approve ba or wala didto..

bitaw kalagot kaayo cge lang change ang sched.. nya naa sad rd magsunod 4days nya next week la na dayon rd..bwisit..na unsa naman tawn ni oi..nya naa pay scheduling nga 15minute ra ang ligas sa mga break og lunch.. sanaman nah oi.. huhuhu..mao daghan mangabsent kay gipangkapoy..

asa diay ka nga account/floor bro? ang RDs/breaks/lunchs kay OMD man na.. it would depend on the scheduling of peak /and off peak calls (for your breaks and lunches) ug unsa nga days ang kusog jud (For your RDs)

when you were interviewed at sykes were you asked the question "Do you have any secret?" what was your response to the question?

i have read your posts about this, anyways i was never asked this question ever since i first hunt for a job. but anyways lesson learned. it was just to test your personality. if they endorsed you to the floor or for training you already gave them a hint that if you were asked about your work in SYKES, you might immediately share all the confidential issues and matters to people who will solicit your knowledge. the moral is "a secret is a secret and should never be broadcasted..."
