    Boss sa laktod nga pagkastorya, mo gain ka if mas daghan ang calories imo na take compared sa calories nga imong na burn on that day. Mao rana ang simple computation sa gain. Hehehe.

    Bisan pa ug mo take ka ug supplements pero walay tarong kaon sa whole food then hago kas work plus exercise pajud, basin equal calories or negative (lose weight) ang result.. 95% sa gain naa sa food nga imong gi-intake, 5% ang exercise.. ang gamit sa exercise or workout, para lean muscle ang ma-gain, dili fats.. Also, mas dako jud ka tan-awn if na exercise imong muscles kay mo grow na sila, kesa sa tao nga fats lang.. ^_^

    hi. ask lang ko. how many weeks gaha makitan ang effect kung nag gym? i'm a beginner. 4th week na nako this week. and also, normal ra ba na mangawit ang arm? im doing the machine overhead shoulder press. pinaka less weight na ako ginagamit. sometimes d ko kaabot ug 10.

    pagamay sad ko ug tiyan. threadmill for 20mins everyday will do na ba? cardio ko before and after lifting weights.

    Ang resulta magdepende ra gyud na nimo boss kung unsa ka ka-determinado. Sa 4th weeks nimo nga gym pila man ka days ka per week nag gym ana? Basta tagae lang gyud ug time na mag rest imong muscles 1-3 times per week lang pag workout.

    4-5 times a week ko mag workout. actually ang program nga gihatag sa akoa is Mon-Sat. medyo gaan2 pa man hinuon ako mga gina alsa karon.

    Sakto na, gradual lang ang increase sa weight, its way better to start light lang sa gyud then eventually makusgan na ka makadaug na ka ug bug-at2x.ipadayun lang na boss. good luck.

    thanks. so far, na lose na ko ug 3lbs. pwede na. hehe. pero ako tiyan murag wala pa gihapon changes. tsk.
