i lived in St. Mary's Dormitory for almost 4 years, sa daghan nakong nadunggan nga istorya wa man noon koy paranormal encounters hehehe... pag 1st year nako naa ko sa 5th floor nagstay, the supposed to be "haunted" floor, and then the following 3 years sa 4th floor na. daghan klase2x nga storya nakalat, from doppelgangers to ghostly apparitions and poltergeists etc. lols makaboang but when you live there, mura ramag wa. ahahahaha lols

I heard this from story from University guards ug mga residents near the area. Before pa sa Liceo High School campus,it was called Doctors General Hospital dha sa Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City.

It happened during the 70's, when a family reported their house being burned by fire, and their little child, was burned badly, 3rd degree ang condition. The child was admitted in the hospital, dugay2x gyud to xa. More like months ang recovery,his entire body was covered with burnt crust, then once the crust was removed,it showed pink bloody skin, with puss of course.

But the boy was resilient, he was recovering, he was playful, talked to the staff, but for some strange reason he died suddenly. Dghan nagspeculate why daw. Until now, the mystery shrouds, why ngano namatay xa ug kalit. Two possible reasons, di daw ma-take sa family ang appearance ug condition sa bata, mao gi-mercykill. Second is financial reasons.

But they say, until now, the boy's ghost is seen in the area. Especially near sa mga kindergarten classrooms ug playground ug lastly, sa "former burn unit ward" di ko sure asa nga floor or classroom krn...

Ngano hadlok ang mga guards ani niya, is because sa iya appearance. Pero di man daw manghilabot. This is what he looks like:

2. Abandon House
Location: Escario ( Atbng sa Capitol Pension house )
Pink / light brown bdg.
Ang istorya..Wala na homan ang house ug build ky every month ny mamatay na construction worker
Everynyt ang guard naay makit an na white lady sa window..The old family owner sa lot ky na matay na tanan.
They say the house is a gateway to the other side.
Ghost hunting rate: 90% ( too dangerous ) not recomended
3. St. Maries Dormitory
Location: Ramos ( Atbng sa Velez College)
Ang istorya..Fourth or fifth floor ny usa ka room diha na grabe ang pagkakita sa spirit.They scare you daw like manghilabot sa
topad na rooms.Naa daw naghikog na studnt bfore ky nahagbong sa exam,thn naa sad daw hikog ky na pregnant
