within 7work days nlng jud imo iset na timeframe sa ilang response.
if wala pa gihapon, tawagi ilang mobile#, ayaw ra ng text..
or resubmit nlng jud ka boss.
easiest way forward..

im not too sure boss,
pero they receive a lot of requests everyday mao ng dugay na sila maka.reply.
the means here is crowdfunding and 1st come 1st serve basis pod ni sila..

BTW when nimo gisubmit imo request diay? if beyond 7work days (exluding weekends/bank holidays)..
cancel & retry to request nalang..

after rerequesting, try to send a ticket nalang pod sa ilang Message Center..

i submitted my product request within the 1st week sa opening,
received their response 6th work day nato..
then within 3work days paid & signed the contract & replied it back sa ilang ticket
then they replied to confirm within 5work days
now waiting nalang ko sa posting sa akong payment by october..
