Post ko usab. I haven't been to Bo's anymore ever since I got a coffee crumble that didn't taste right. I asked the barristas to do it again, and THEY JUST REMIXED MY DRINK. Of course it tasted worse after that. I walked out of Bo's and have never been back.

That would never happen at Starbucks. When you complain about the coffee, they replace it.

Sorry, Steve, but that's the way the er, coffee crumbles.

i couldn't help but agree. for some reason, bo's customer service is way way way out there. i can't understand why the staff does not even try to be solicitous. i don't want to think it's the same anywhere else and with all its baristas but i've had very bad experiences with bo's raintree mall, cebu doc, ayala, sm, and IT park. whew! whereas i haven't had any prob at starbucks, anywhere, even in 6750. from the coffee to the mug, to the general services guy, down to the ash tray. no prob at all.

so, starbucks it is! hands down. where it's all about coffee and more.
