    taking my weight loss a one level serious. have started toning and weights yesterday. will build just a very little muscle sa back and arms. akong legs lingin naman kay runner man ko sa una pa..im always watching motivational videos anang mga tambok kaau then lami na kaau ug lawas after. good luck to us

    to be honest, i have a mild slip disc, nagsakit ako likod pero thank God mild ra sya and i consulted the doctor and he said the best way to prevent is to loose weight kay magka bogat imo lawas ma samot ka strain ang spine. Ang negative ako g turn into positive, i motivate myself to loose weight dyd kay i don't want to experience kato pain ako na experience sa slip disc, Thrice a week i go for Sports Rehab trained by a Physical Therapist(Trainor) my routine usually targets my core muscles para ma stregthen nya to support he spine very well interms of movements, i don't go jogging kay high impact but instead i do walking, and my diet is very low in rice i eat only as much as possible white meat (fish,chicken) and my breakfast is F1 shake of Herbalife , during TTh i do walking(medyo paspas) and my rest days are Sat and Sunday. Pinaka enemy nimo kay imo rang self dapat dli padala sa kakapoy og mga temptations(foods sweets,fatty and the like) one step at a time until imo lawas mo adapt sa routine.

    nindot na boss baboy, lahi ragyud basta maka daot na sa health ang kadako sa timbang . importante gyud ni ato support group dri kay dili kaayo lisod ang pag lose ug weight but maintaining it is another story mehehehe, grabe kaayo ko ka fit 4 yrs ago pero tungod lagi kompyansa lang nya inom2x ug wala na kabalik ug exercise burot oi overweight balik. i hope karon dili nako mag relapse

    Happy of what the group has accomplished so far

    I agree ang pag maintain ang lisod jud so with the help of this
    thread, it keeps us going and be more motivated no matter
    how hard the journey is.

    I'm on my sixth month now and it's quite tough because I won't
    be getting enough time for my gym as I used to. Overhaul na ako
    schedule ron with my work, that means giving up my dance classes
    na So cardio na jud ko mamawi and healthy eating. Then hopefully
    if naa pa ko energy left, I'll run on weekends.

    Anyway, our next weigh in is on the 15th so hapit na

    that is sad to hear and very painful. but boss honestly ikaw na usa sa akong idol. and someone to look up to. kung kaya gani nimo at almost 300 lbs inspite of that suffering from slip disc what kind of excuse can others say not to lose weight? i really hope that in the following months you can share your experience here with us. and give encouragement to others. i hope you gain enough strength in the following months to increase ur intensity. the good thing about this thread is that everyone here is willing to help and give support as well as provide encouragement just enough to give you an extra push when needed hehehe. just be consistent boss hinay hinay basta kanunay.

    Apil ko ani nga thread beh... I need to lose some weight kay after Yolanda wa na gyud klaro akong kinaon. All with preservatives gyud -- canned goods, noodles, etc. I know di ko kangay mo complain kay maayu nalang gani naay gikaon kaysa wala... and thank you also sa tanan naghatag namo ug relief goods diri sa Ormoc.

    But now that slowly naka #bangon na, I think I should go back to #juicing . But dili pwede mu kalit lang pod ug fasting noh? So for lent, beginning adtong Ash Wednesday I started to give up meat and will avoid eating it for 40-days (been doing this for 3 yrs straight na so no problem!) and after which, proceed to juice fasting after Easter.
