multiply all you want, dont worry, trust in the Lord for He will provide.. to put it simply.. It doesn't sound like a very good advice to me..

Same thing with what's happening here. People burned the good bishop to a crisp bec. of what was published on paper. They never even bothered to seek the entire homily.

If you're arguments are "he's against the Church, he must be against God, or he's not looking into his spirituality..", then there's something seriously wrong with you. I think that the most recent RH bill could in fact help our country at least educate the people- and yeah, I'm looking at the less fortunate, the less informed- on how to plan their family better. And I am seriously against an entity who seeks to take that away from the people by continuing to misinform them. It has nothing to do with my spirituality.

    Brainwashed much?

    EDIT: And oh, Good morning!
people like that always question your spirituality. they don't have anything to argue about and just question your spirituality, which is just stooping very low. there is no point in having discussions with those kind of mentalities, there is no point stooping that low. they always shove spirituality in your throat.

the RH Bill is never about sa limit sa imong anak. you can have as many anak as you can but as you said, if ka afford.
kaso lang, kadaghan raba sa masa kay bisan dili ka afford, magsige panganak and kasagaran ana unplanned. that is why kaninng RH Bill nabuhat para pud mo educate ani nila nga naay ways para ma avoid ning unplanned pregnancy.

ang issue ani kay si palma nag encourage man hinuon nga manganak ug daghan pero sama sa uban nga giingon diri naa man daw word nga "katong gusto" ra. aw syempre kita tanan nahan man tag daghan anak.pero ang question diha nganong iya man gi mention nga bisan napasar na ang RH Bill blah blah blah. samok kaayu ning ingon ani. napasar na gani ang balaud, pildi na gani sila sa ilang crusade, dili gihapon magpakahilum.

and dili tanan gusto magka anak maka afford. kita tanan gusto magka anak daghan.syempre.pero dili kita tanan maka afford. dapat ma educate na silag tarong kung base sa ilang ways and means pila dapat ka anak ilang makaya. dili lang kay pataka ug encourage nga manganak ug daghan kung gusto blah blah blah.. naa pa gyud toy giingon nga bahala nadaw si lord. tan-awa ragud na nga comment.

naa pud sige ingon diri nga before mo react dapat makahibaw sa tibuok homily. kapoya paminawon.sige balik-balik ana. why not post ang tibuok homily aron himayhimayon.

murag init na ang lalis diri da. ato nalang daw ni i analyze objectively:

middle class family - income 25K/month
poor family - income less than 10k/month

pamilya 1 ray anak. - enrollment time butang ta lang 30K. for a middle class family puede ra ni i cash. sa mga poor mangutang pa sila para makabayad ani.

pamilya 2 ray anak. - enrollment time butang ta lang (30K each) so 60K. for a middle class family i'm sure mangutang na ani kay di kabayad ani nga amount in cash. sa mga poor family mangutang pod pero maabtan na guro ug next school year di pa kabayad.

pamilya 5 ray anak. - enrollment time butang ta lang (30K each) so 150K. for a middle class family i'm sure maglisud nag pangutang ani nga amount without collateral ug kung makautang man sad gani maglisud na ug bayad. unsa nalang kaha sa poor family.

now sa mga daghan ug anak unsa may ma happen? ang mahitabo pa banos banoson na lang ug escuela.

mao tawon na ubang anak moingon na lang sa ila parents nga undang na tawon mog panganak Tay.

Yes, yes, and yes. Well, the last one can only be true if the choice was mutual (who cares anyway, it's HER choice that matters the most).

What STD? You mean HPV which only appears like a harmless mole that causes cervical cancer in women? STD happened in the first place bec. of promiscuity. Â*Think about that.Â*
...and promiscuity happens even in the absence of contraceptives.

A man who walks the redlight district wants a woman. He does not want a woman! He wants a release! Thereby reducing women to mere objects of pleasure. Â*Is that the kind of point you're trying to convey?Â*
Not the point I was trying to convey, but yes, a lot of people do that. Fact of life.

You on the other hand think that by banning contraceptives, being an "abomination" an all, you thereby rid the world of promiscuity. False.

That's what they all say to justify what your dear Cardinal said, his claims are clear both personal and in paper. i listened to his Homily once as i am a churchgoer like yourself, and mostly what i hear are rants about the government and the infamous RH bill, it's mostly the same everywhere you go, priests talking s**t about the government and divorce and contraception to the unsuspecting crowd,. Do they even know in entirety what they are talking about? or perhaps it's all just a widespread rumor in the Archdiocesan community.. Listening to homilies nowadays i find is not very inspiring anymore as it used to be.. *sigh*

Naa man pud bya mga pari nga nindot mo homily nga dili mag touch ani nga issue, but it's sad to know nga kasagaran jud atong madunggan is puro nlang yaw2, maihap nlang jud ang akong ma consider nga tarong and fit for all ages nga homily.. nasagulan na ug personal biases and opinions, hahaaaist..

hehe, paita pud anang papirmahon ug petition uy, naa man pud ni sa amoa, wa jud ko mopirma, haha, himo2 pud bitaw sila'g prayer para daw pag prevent sa passing sa RH bill, ahak sad nyaahaha.. now they seem to be telling the public to multiply as many as they wish and trust in the Lord, haha, is it for religious purposes or a sort of retaliation to current by-law? it could be the first or both but i could not help but think its more in the latter part..
