Eating Al Fresco helps! Eating outside can really help u savour ur meal by heightening ur sense of sight, smell and taste of food. Soooo, the more u enjoy ur food, the less u need to eat to feel satisfied =). Environment is the key....
That's why I eat like a Mediterranean! I don't believe in calorie counting anymore. I've been eating.....beautiful food. Food that's good for the soul, nice to look at and I savour every little bite. Oh and of course I get my hours of exercise from belly dancing, biking, running and other work outs.

fit n' right. it has 300mg l-carnitine per serving compared to fitrum which is only 12mg/tab
lifestyle wise you are very active.. with all the dancing biking running and workouts (lucky you)... you may even have to eat more just to maintain hahaha.. but in the Philippines, generally people have a "slower" lifestyle.. hahahah!
300mg of L-carnitine but tanawa ga baha ug sugar...
i'm on a program right now. akong inspiration kay si onins ug si neekul (of course through the help of tom venuto's book). if they were able to do it, why can't we? tapol ug aporado will not bring us there. so discipline and determination jud kinahanglan. 1 day at a time...
i posted a note on my room's ceiling para when i wake up, the first thing i'll read is, "just 30 minutes today!" that's 30 minutes of exercise before taking your breakfast para you'll burn what you've stored the previous day (night).
@moyti.. post a note in the ceiling? mao diay na imong secret? eheheh.. burn the fat feed the muscle.. nice bitaw na book... pero karon ni simang ko gamay and do some research myself.. experament2x pud.. like what tom did.. hehehe. trying what's new and what's not
lisud kaayu bro kung i-perfect nato kung unsa ang naa sa book. at least we're not trying to be too hard on ourselves. basta we'll still do things based on the principles then the goal is still attainable. there are times nga mu-backslide ko but ako lang huna-hunaun nga daugon ang sunod adlaw. much like when you lose the previous round sa boxing, you'll try hard to win the next one... and the next one... then the next one. mau ni ang nakalisud sa losing fats, you've gained it very easily and it's time to pay the price of losing it by exerting effort. ang uban, they don't want to be accountable and resort to instant things or magic pills which could be dangerous.
just my thoughts...
@moyti: just curious, how do you plan to "burn the fat, feed the muscle!"
maybe we can also pick up something good of what exactly you'll do to accomplish that.
@goryo: if i'm not mistaken he's refering to the book burn the fat feed the muscle.. a guide to turn flab into abs.. written by tom venturo a natural bodybuilder.. i have a copy sa book ug naka basa na pud ko.. human nako basa ani purag naka kita gud ko ug progress..
