    congrats bro, ayaw lang e forward, ok ra mu pause, ayaw lang jud skip ug interval, tawo ra pud tawn ta, kelangan pud moginhawa..
    mao, pirti ang max interval plyo, even after graduating INSANITY and INSANITY ASYLUM, ang max interval plyo kelangan japon ko mu rest ug mga ka 3 in total sa whole woorkout kai di jud madala sa bukton ug tiil ang kakapoy ug kahangak..

    it depends sa imong diet(biggest factor sa tanan), how hard you push with the correct form and minimal rest, and type of activity during the day...

    tip:
    ayaw e compare ang weight loss sa uban, not even the average weight loss the infomercial is saying.. either ma happy ka, or ma disappointed ra ka kai different ang reactions sa tagsa2 ka tawo..

    suggestion:
    don't step on the weighing scale.. measure your results according to the changes in your body(waistline, muscle definition, more endurance during workouts, etc,), and how good you feel about yourself.. i've been doing DVD home workouts for 4 months now and haven't stepped on the weighing scale since. just my 2 cents.

    4th week ra jud ko kutob ani. Nagsakit akong tuhod tungod sa ambak2x. Rested for 2 weeks kay abi nko mawala ra but d najud mada. I'm doing GSP's Rushfit workout now. Not as intense as Insanity but a good alternative for those with knee problems

    on my 4th week too but never experienced any tuhod sakit. maybe sayop lang imong pag position.

    3rd day nah since ni balik ko... body is aching all over pero pusing...

    @velasco10, bro try daw focus t25.. medjo weak pud akong knees pero ni kuha ko ug knee support then after every exercise butangan dayon nako ug ice

    ka bantay mo usually mga pips sa youtube mo buhat ug insanity twice? hmm..

    share daw mo sa inyu mga nutrition guide(a.k.a. diet)? I'm a big man and protein source within budget is ang problema.. hehehe..

    actually before I started Insanity weak najud daan akong knees because of all the uphill sprinting I used to do. And yeah, naa sad koy sayop ato coz I used the wrong shoes, not enough traction for our hardwood floors nga medyo slippery jud . Everytime I land from a jump lisod jud kay naay tendency ma slide gamay and akong knees jud mo absorb sa impact since d ko ka tarong og position.

    Ahh cge2x thanks, tan.awn nko na. Nindot pud og reviews dah..

    Katong ni balik pud ko og insanity kay nag knee support and cold compress pud ko every after workout pero murag d najud kaya sa akong knees, grabe jud og impact sa tuhod. Nagtake nlng ko og supplements karon for the joints to help with the recovery kay murag naa jud permanent damage sa akong tuhod. lahi na jud karon even if i jog lng.
