hi sir, we don't measure our ribs by size but through weight...our ribs weighs from 480g-500g when uncooked...if the ribs are kinda' small, it means it has less bones and more meat we also combine two cuts of ribs just to meet the weight requirement hope you visit us again thanks for the concern and so happy to answer it...God bless

ako migo raman gaingon , bisag gamai cguro oi lami jud pagkatilaw nako dinner nibalik gai ko pag mga 11pm gamotor ko gauwan basa kai ko para makapalit lang og ribs nia pag abot nako didto nahutdan na .. mura kamo to tag iya gainom then gibalibaran ko hahahahah looi kai ko basa kaayu
