    Salary is just face value of what the company can really offer. I think whats really more impt is the stability of the company if youre planning to land a long term career. Look for that company that takes pride of its growth. Be wise, dont waste time in hopping from 1 center to the other. Look for prestige over salary. Salaries can be very deceiving...mind you.

    ^ I hate to agree you on this bro, pero in our current economic times, we all badly need enough money to sustain our day to day living.... A big salary takes you far than prestige alone.....it can feed and sustain your wants/needs/cravings and your personal luxuries.... I know we all want prestige and I agree you on that.. BUT... a big income really can take you far jud.....

    you said it Bro - "sustain our day to day living". if you go for salary and sooner, you wake up jobless because the company is laying off headcount since they arent able to sustain their business, then you end up having to grope for the next available company. In effect, you havent really owned a sustainable career that will sustain your day to day needs. Being Prestigious of course also means Competitive salary that may not look to be the highest in the industry but the Benefits and stability is a top rank. Stability over "just" salary is more practical than instant gratification on very high irrational salaries, used just to attract inexperienced applicants.

    Starting Pay is approximately P19, 000 to P21,000 (including program allowance ) .And incentives for hitting the required metrics could earn you P18,000.00 plus plus..

    If you're Bigpond trained you get additional P2,000.00 on top of your basic salary. Also have additional sales incentives if you make a sale on Telstra products and services.

    sa ePerformax depende sa imung performance xD mu-rate ka'g let's say, 7k - 9k per sweldo if regular naka... (and that's after taxes and other deductions na) but again, depende sa imung performance...
