All I can say is that this company is great except that almost all headsets are defective.

ka afford sila mag gasto para sa tshirt pero ang HEADSETS gani na guba di ka afford mag replace. ang huna huna sa management tshirt, looks like "trapo" naman. you could have allocated that budget for buying new headsets instead of that cheap tshirt. tsk tsk tsk.

Good for you naa pa mo headset, amo program gi loan ang headdset to voice accounts.. call center w/o a headset...

i agree sir. a lot of my friends from stream are complaining that a lot of workstations could not be used because of the said defective or dead headsets. and yes those replacement headsets are being borrowed from another program in which the other program would be lacking headsets. tsk tsk tsk. how are agents going to take calls if there's no headset?

not only agents are resigning, the cebu site director also is resigning as what my friends have told me.
