    Ghosts in the Graveyard

    Total Time: 1 hr 15 min
    Makes: 18 servings, about 1/2 cup each

    15 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
    3 cups cold milk
    2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
    1 tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
    Decorations, such as 3 CAMEO Creme Sandwich Cookies, decorating gel, 5 candy pumpkins and 10 pieces of candy corn

    CRUSH chocolate sandwich cookies in large resealable plastic bag with rolling pin or in food processor.
    POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes. Gently stir in 3 cups of the whipped topping and half of the crushed cookies. Spoon into 13x9-inch dish; sprinkle with the remaining crushed cookies.
    REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until ready to serve. Decorate creme sandwich cookies with decorating gel to resemble tombstones; stand up in top of dessert. Add candies. Drop remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls onto dessert to resemble ghosts. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

    Here is one Visayan delicacy nga mugawas during fiestas and kalag-kalag...

    Pintus

    1 cup fresh young corn, grated fine
    ½ cup evaporated milk
    2 pieces young coconut, scooped and drained
    1 cup water
    ½ cup sugar
    husks of young corn

    Combine corn, water, milk, and sugar. Place in karahay, and cook over low heat, stirring all the time until thick. Stir in young coconut meat, and remove from fire. Cool.

    Drop cooked mixture by spoonfuls on young corn husk. Wrap and tie each pintus with fine husk strips. Steam in a well covered pot for about 30 minutes.

IF kahibalo mo mohimo sa dough sa meat roll and pinaka importanti ra gyud ani niya is ang iyang fillings which is.....Homba..I homba una ang pork una nimo siya i sliced..If naa mo kaila naka school sa DMDP..naa cla ani nga recipe..

    Oppppsssss...i guess you know the language coz you responded..Anyway, we are here to help each other..exchange ideas..@Jack, I`ll try to ask my sis to look for my recipe book in Cebu so I can post the recipe of meatroll...@kalinaw, like I said, ang nagdala ug bida anang meatroll is imong fillings or unsay sulod sa imong meatroll. Humba ra gyud ang secret niana..
