my friend told me yesterday to prepare your payslips from your previous employers cause they will try to match up your previous salary (this means a premium for those who have callcenter experience and center tenure)

My friend also told me that the employees are given atms that they can use as credit cards sad daw..
I don't know if it is true ha, but another good incentive for employees.. same sa free phone and cellphone allowance sa eperformax.

advise lang naku sa ganahan na mag work sa call center,
kay make sure lang na you are ready , emotionally , physically and psychologically.

and if you want to have a higher pay/ salary plus incentives
wipro is not for you . . .

you should apply sa CVG or ETEL or PS if nahan mu ug dagko ug salary plus incentives.

i agree! the only good thing in wipro is the schedule if ur assigned in BT. coz it's fixed sat sun off. i believe so as in ATCO. incentive wise Dios Mio! Gudluck na lang.. i came from cvg, was connected to them for close to 4 yrs, gosh i miss counting my max pay-out and my salary.
