norman gonzales was a name long no longer heard in the pba, bensoy man unta ning tawhana. di gyud maayo ang gipakita sa smb kay nakacareer high si gonzales and worst joseph yeo almost scored 40 in the game. it was supposed to be a walk in the park kay wala si kelly williams ug ryan reyes, nagyagaw man hinuon. dondon hontiveros was not able to score a single point in the game.

All-Star to feature RP 5 vs PBA's best
The PBA is likely to deviate from its North versus South format in this season’s All-Star Game with league officials mulling on holding instead a series of games featuring the national pool against the best of the rest boosted by imports.
PBA commissioner Sonny Barrios is open to the idea to be formally proposed by Air21’s Lito Alvarez in the coming PBA board meeting.

Double whammy: Air21 loses protest, then the game
The league put a period on the Air21 protest on Wednesday, just hours before the San Miguel Beermen stamped an exclamation point versus the Express in a 98-78 win in the KFC Philippine Basketball Association Philippine Cup at the Araneta Coliseum.
Jay Washington scored 21 points and plucked 15 rebounds - his fourth double-double game of the tournament - and the Beermen kicked up its offense in the second quarter to leave no doubt about this victory.

Talk ‘N Text’s win also created a four-way tie from third to sixth places as the Tropang Texters joined their victims, Air21 and idle Rair Or Shine with similar 6-6 slates behind league-leading Alaska’s 9-3 mark and the 8-5 card of San Miguel, which earlier coasted to a 98-78 thrashing of the Express.
