well, i used to work for Xlibris, mga 1week plus nako, they haven't shown me a contract na ako ma sign.... sa pay slip, maskin same time (number of hours) mo sa imong ka train (as in dungan jud mo ga start, login, log out ha), dili pareha ang pay (as in 200+ pesos ang difference!!!!). my first pay (sa 15th) kuwangan sila hatag nako... ning resign nalang ko wala sila nakabayad nako... but i cant do anything kay paghawa nako, they let me sign a document na i will cut my ties from the company and something about i won't sue them in the future (something like that jud)...

yeah dako lagi ila sweldo, pero wa juy klaro.

mao bah?!? plano na jud ko mang-apply diri ... basta lang mk hawa sa Ex Boutique! maau nlng!

I think it is impossible that you will not be shown your contract-mao gani naay job offer diba kay pakit on ka sa imo contract to help you decide if you will take the job. Usa pa, if wala ka kasign, nganong tagaan man kag sweldo?

As for the 200++ difference, you will be deducted after you are late 15 minutes-normal SOP for HR's in any company.

Nya mao cguro wala ka kadawat sa imo last pay kay naa man bond and xlibris for training so adto na ikaltas sa imo last pay.

Note: dili ko hr sa xlibris but kamao lang ko mu compute.

Actually now, nice e apply sa xlibris kay the company is expnading and pay is really good....

hehehehe! so far nga naa ko karon with the company ok raman, no problem with my job. depende ra gyud na. you must learn how to love your work, kay daghan ko ma dunggan nga bati ila company. kasagaran ga reklamo katong mga walay klaro mo work. ug katong mga ni work lang aron maka kwarta.

Nice to hear that there are good feedback sa XL. been reading some of the the bad ones and i feel sad. i had bad experiences sa XL but it's part of the job. but will always be thankful na it provided food sa ako table and spent 150k php for my moms operation. I'm no longer connected with XL but i'm one of those "so-called" pioneers peace... I think naa na mi storya ani sa ubos - bt i want to say it again.. XL "knows how to value those who knows how to value their job" - agree ko ani..

i have learned many things didto. kung buloyagon ka then, patay gyud ka did2... (and for the record sad - i never kissed ass and bent over - i know gi storya na ni bookee - pahulma ko.. hee hee... ).. you work, no complaints, then at the end of the day, you get paid.

bitaw, XL may not be the perfect place that i want to be at that time, but later on, na realized nako na it was the best thing that i had. work lang ka then you will be rewarded sa imo labor. you don't need to kiss ass para mo dako imo rank or ma reyna ka or ma happy ka ... you just need to learn na dili mo apil sa politica, be thankful na naa ka work kay daghan na wala... the more you talk about other people, dira na magsugod imo kasakit. .. tambag sa kadtong sigig reklamo -->instead na magcomplain, why don't u do something about it. do your job so mo improve inyo dept n labi na ikaw.. if dili gihapon, pangita og lain trabaho, kay lain man sad ng cge lang ta sulti og bad about sa company, then cge ta dawat og sweldo na dako.. then i'm sure affected na ang work kay bad na naman ang aura... Bitaw, if anyone will ask me about XL, i can't say na great tanan ako experiences (tears and sleepless days - present pirmi), but mas daghan ang good things.. nice man good ang mga people didto.. i have met great friends that i call family karon.

for those na bag-o pa, give it 3 months, if you feel not comfortable sa environment, please leave kay you won't grow as a good prof, but a pulution sa environmnt did2... if after 3 months, you can smile and say "it's not that bad after all".. then mare', pare' in ka sa family... welcome to the XL world and please take care of it.be proud na part ka ana na family. glad to say na i helped in building XL Philippines, (40 pami kabuok almost 5 yrs ago ).. but now, it's over 500 na.. very nice.

unsa mani mas daghan man ang negative comments kay sa positive. karon pa pod ko kabasa ani nga thread dah. ato ni tan-awn kung tinuod ba inyo gipang sulti dri. mayta kapasar ko sa ila technical exam.
