Is there a software or a program i can use for converting PAL to NTSC? I have a few original PS2 PAL game discs that i wish to convert to NTSC. And i also would like to convert my PS2 PAL to NTSC, as my tv's on NTSC.

Try to use this application..
Can converts PS2 games from PAL to NTSC or NTSC to PAL...
JUST copy your games to ISO and patch using this app...
Not tested for USB HDD games.
and also it depends on your TV...

you can patch games from HDD (HDloader format)...
you can only patch games in ISO or BIN format
if you have DVD game, use DVD decrypter to copy game to ISO

Anyway, if plug the expoited mem.card on other PS2, would it work? Or do i need to repeat the whole process again?

And can i just copy the data of one exploited memory card into another, so i don't have to use the uLauchELF disc anymore?

You can use exploited memory card to other PS2 (like what I did before)
BUT you can't copy 3 free mcboot files from memory card to another, you need to install it...

You can install free mcboot without the use of uLaunchELF CD instead..use uLaunchELF.elf and put it on you PS2 Menu....

Cause i tried to use it here on my notebook, on a PAL game i'd like to convert to NTSC, it gave me :"Error: Unable to patch."

Actually, I use this app once but it doesnt work for me..I have Guitar Hero 5 PAL and converted to NTSC..when I installed the game on my HDD (HDLoader), the game is already colored but don't fix the moving display of the screen...I don't know why but I didn't go any further with this app...

So, I didn't encounter this error..maybe there is a problem in converting your game to ISO..
or maybe you don't have iso games?..

You don't need to install this application..since, it is a Windows application..
