    Dili man kaau ko concern sa kubal boss ang ma slide ang bar inig deadlift ako kuyawan gyud. Dili sd ko ganahan mu gamit ug gloves kay ganahan ko maka feel sa bar inig lift

    good luck ana! by the way, what are you strenght trainging about man diay? are you training it for a particular sport? muscle mass? or just basically strength? unsa imong numbers gusto ma achieve?
