What matters to Bryant is Phil Jackson agreeing to return to coach the Lakers again in pursuit of a third consecutive NBA title. Bryant sends James a text message. It goes like this:

“Go ahead and get another MVP, if you want. And find the city you want to live in. But we’re going to win the championship. Don’t worry about it.”

To win the Championship was Kobe's mindset for the past 18 Seasons and for the Seasons to come(regardless of who's in his team) and he got 5 of those. Unsay kataw.anan ana?

Kobe was referring to the 2010-2011 championship in that said text message and for the record Lebron didn't win the Regular Season MVP and the Championship that year and yet you're acting like the text message was an epic fail, mas epic fail paman ang not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6, not 7 ana.

Of course, there’s an understandable amount of friendly banter in there as well, though Kobe Bryant’s competitive spirit is well known and he’s admitted before that is has cost him friendships, though on the flip side stated he doesn’t play basketball to make friends.
