    Try looking up Starting Strength or StrongLifts. Both will work and you will see improvements in your lifts provided you follow the program.

    kmusta ang OLY lifts sir? goal naku karon na year bisan maka clean and jerk lang 150lbs. lipay na kaau ko. akong kuyawan ang jerk gyud nga portion kay tingalig mahulog sa atong ulo... (pwede mag helmet)?hahhaha

    Ok ra kaayo, boss. Gamit jud ang bumpler plates para dili ta makuyawan mahulogan sa ulo kay pwede ra ilabay haha.. I think kaya ra kaayo na nimo 150 lbs C&J kay dako naman ka'g lawas haha

    sarcoplasmic rman ning growth sa akong muscle. kanang muscle gain through bodybuilding bah. lahi man tong muscles nga na develop gyud nimu thru strength training alone. ang bodybuilding pwede raka mu alsa dili kaau heavy nga weight. ganahan lang ko mu OLY lift pud ginagmay aron ma improve akong athleticism. dilang kay bdybldg. lang na routine permi ba. very impressive na kaau imong stats sir oie. in my lifetime, dili naku kaabot ana! keep it up!

    mga bossing, share mo ug tips regarding sa akong LEG day...

    usually akong routine kay

    squat 4 sets 8-10 reps
    leg press 3 sets 10-12 reps

    pero mura kog kasuka-on anig ka human... lipong2x ba. mawala ra man sad anig human sa work-out. during work-out lang gyud especially kanang duha ka routine.

    tag 100lbs diay akong i-squat. wala ko kahibao pilay weight anang bar. 20lbs guro na. bug-at ra akong gi-squat? 2 months pako ga-gym.

    guys watch athlean x nga channel sa youtube. You can get alot of great exercises both equipment and bodyweight.
