    aw ok..as i've read in some reviews, the 50mmf1.8 is sharp only at f2.8-f8..nyarp na if wide open at f1.8 =)

    I was playing with f1.8 & f3.2. Not sure which one is which already. Took about 50+ shots den just uploaded it to my comp n chose the ones that I liked.

    I like the reflection sa pool. maybe if you can try to crop sa pool lang you can attract the viewer on the subject which is the reflection. well that just me maybe others may have different views

    light is too harsh look at the shadows at the table, how light reflects on the fruits, as well as the reflections on the metal fruit basket.. i'm guessing you used the built-in flash. you can diffuse this by either using some peices of tissue paper or bond paper. if you have some extra money, try getting an external flash.

    also, you should've moved the chair on the upper left corner out of the picture. it's quite distracting
