LMC not needed as long as our labor and employment office exercise their duty honestly, walay corruption. Nakapait sa sytema sa ato worst comes to worst, bayaran lang lang officer ug ang head sa labor union wagtang nang kaso. Mao ang aggrieved party mo resort to harrasment which is not good also kay they are destroying their family's future.

bitaw oi.. as what i understand of labor union, i think this is not only for salary and benefits thingy, na-a pod cguro neh lain agenda like to enhance group of workers with their fields of works, or some program nga maka benefits ang uban membro, like co-operative nga pede ka mag loan if u are a member,
basta union na gali hisgutan murag negative ka ayo ang output sa atong mind....

I would say that labor unions not only try to lobby (?) for higher wages and benefits but also try to come up with activities and plans for the members. perhaps a co-op to take care of members' kids while they are on duty?
I would agree that working in a callcenter isn't a glamorous job, and sometimes it's not really easy to work in this kind of business depending on how your department operates. Challenging, yes it is. But I do enjoy my job so, I may not really see the big picture. Perhaps I should open my eyes a bit more. We'll see.
