    LMC not needed as long as our labor and employment office exercise their duty honestly, walay corruption. Nakapait sa sytema sa ato worst comes to worst, bayaran lang lang officer ug ang head sa labor union wagtang nang kaso. Mao ang aggrieved party mo resort to harrasment which is not good also kay they are destroying their family's future.

    bitaw oi.. as what i understand of labor union, i think this is not only for salary and benefits thingy, na-a pod cguro neh lain agenda like to enhance group of workers with their fields of works, or some program nga maka benefits ang uban membro, like co-operative nga pede ka mag loan if u are a member,

    basta union na gali hisgutan murag negative ka ayo ang output sa atong mind....

    pero i dont know kong unsa jud tuyo og tumong aning LABOR UNIONS sa mga call center nga unta dagko mana sila og sweldo, kapoy man to-od pero sulit man pod... ang2x man sad sweld0-an kag dako nya mag cge lang ka og katulog.. hehehehehe

    cge lng mo apply ta sa call center, suway tag tukod ug union.. iv heard na 1000 dollars man ang sweldo sa call agent sa usa, then a2 humuon dri ug 500 dollars sa , naay mga 20000 pesos plus, ok kaau

    I would say that labor unions not only try to lobby (?) for higher wages and benefits but also try to come up with activities and plans for the members. perhaps a co-op to take care of members' kids while they are on duty?

    I would agree that working in a callcenter isn't a glamorous job, and sometimes it's not really easy to work in this kind of business depending on how your department operates. Challenging, yes it is. But I do enjoy my job so, I may not really see the big picture. Perhaps I should open my eyes a bit more. We'll see.
