For carry yes that will give the maximum velocity of your round and as what is commonly known as stopping power. Provided that your firearm is in good working condition. I would not advice to use these load for paltik guns. It will break the barrel link or its pin or the slide stop.
For Para P10 i presume? or the Warthog. there's no problem for these babies to handle such load their built like a tank.

all firearms are subjet for registration at FEASAGS, its located at PNP in Jones ave. Air gun bought in department stores are pre registered with FEASAG. lf your unit is the converted type then it will fall on the low power rifle category. Just have its serial no. stamped and branded for it to be registered.
