Is it so? ingon sa primer sa bbl, "Shari’ah justice system, the expansion of the jurisdiction of the Shariah courts and competence over the Shariah justice system shall be established in the Bangsamoro. The supremeacy of Shari’ah and its application shall be only to Muslims."

Unsaon paghusay ana if a crime involves muslim and non-muslim subjects?
Example: a non-muslim female tourist in ARMM region girape sa male muslim, so ang litigation is through shariah court? kay ingon man ka kung diin nahitabo ang krimen didto ang jurisdiction?
Dili ba unfair sa female victim since under shariah law "In case a woman gets raped , she is considered guilty of adultery unless she can provide four adult muslim male witnesses who had watched the action and who would testify that the s3x was actually forced on her and that she was not a willing partner in it. If she has only female witnesses in case she was raped by an intruder in front of her fellow wives and slave girls or in a women’s dormitory full of women witnesses then she is out of luck. Her punishment is stoning to death if she is married or hundred (100) lashes if single.

Example2: a non-muslim nangawat nadakpan in a territory nga nasakupan sa bbl, since according to the primer shariah only applies to muslims, ang punishment is priso ra. But if ang madakpan nga nangawat is muslim, the maximum penalty is amputation under shariah.

    we want peace in Mindanao.

But not this BBL... Which is tailor made for the benefit of the MILF... It's all exclusive to the MILF...

No way. It must be for ALL....

If BBL is passed we will be making warlords of the MILF....

BBL needs to be reconstructed for ALL...
All firearms must be surrendered.... FROM THE START.... Not AFTER...
That is the main problem... It's like we are paying RANSOM money for the MILF to surrender their firearms...

They are figuratively pointing guns to CONGRESS to pass the BBL then they surrender their firearms....
How LOW CAN THIS SOVERIEGN NATION stoop down??

BBL is like a fastbreak solution without thinking. It's because 2016 is coming to a close. That's is the reason for the haste...
This is clearly a RANSOM payment.... Not peace

The MILF will surrender only their rusted firearms.....
Then they have the money to buy NEW ARMAMENTS

    PEACE FOR Mindanao. YES

It's must be for ALL... Not exclusive to the MILF

The question is can we trust MILF and the rest to keep their part of the bargain?, 70 Billion if allocated to strengthen military capabilities is way too substantial, if it is blunder to grant them the autonomy and the exorbitant sum time will come they can be in par with our military capabilities and it would be difficult to contain them. Why is it that the ARMM did not work before?

    1. IMO most likely ang jurisdiction will be Shariah courts in Bangsamoro, i doubt maghimo pa ug regular court for non-muslim.
    2. I dont think ma subject to any punishment of shariah law ang mga non-muslim.
    3. Di gihapon absolute ang ruling sa shariah court pwede pa ni i.appeal to an appellate court up to the SC.

I read an article and I came across with this comment that strikes the very truth about the reality..

"..for those advocating the BBL. There could never be peace in Mindanao given the culture of Muslims, that the gun is the second wife and that the christians are infidels to be erased in the surface of the earth. Among the muslims themselves, there is no harmony because of personal ambition of leadership. The troublemaker groups MNLF, ABU-SAYAF, MILF, and BILF are lead by different personalities. This is an important lesson that the Philippine government must bear in mind. - Leonardo F. Osilla "

Federalism will work in our country for sure.

    Sa kron nga system,
Pipila lng ang nilambo nga lugar, pipila ra sd ang nangadato ky pipila ramn pud ang nagplano unsaon pag-asenso.

Reason: If dili pa lng gyud ta lahi2 ang inistoryaan, pwede ra kaau kning existing nato nga system like other smaller countries but very progressive.
