    So far, fave jud nako ang Century tuna or sardines k Dili kaau

    ^^before u can have a nice ab, u have to lose first that fat over it. so ang crunches or sit ups would be useless if you still have belly fat. im not sure if salmon head can be bought sa Cebu pero diri sa manila, daghan kaau. lami kaau ang unod sa salmon. i steam ra nako tanan isda ako mapalit. likay na jud ko ug fried. naanad naman ko. im on my 6th week from the time i have decided to change my eating habits. loving it

    uo sakto diay ka sis yvonne kalimot ko, fishoil very important kaayo. within 30mins before or after meals. maayo 2-3 times a day i take.

    akoang fishoil diri kay odorless version nya orange flavor iyang aftertaste padala sa ako tita gkan australia kay ang uban fishoil gud luod kaayo ang baho struggle gyud kada inom mehehehehehe.

    i also read in the net nga kung mag take ug multivitamins mas maayo if paresan ug essential fatty acids(EFA) like fishoil para maka help sa absorption sa multivitamins, mao ni ako gnabuhat since nag start ko pag january

    not only does fishoil help us lose weight, ma nindot sad ang kutis mehehehehehe

    ^^dpende ug asa ka gapuyo. mas duol mas convenient. ngita lang ug duol. ako diri raman sa atubangan sa balay, pila lang ka lakang, 800 per month, sa sulod pa sa daku nga mall, with shower and lockers. i just got done with my work out. hulat maluto akong steamed fish for dinner. goodluck guys
