    ahhhh... month 2 day 1 = fit test + max interval circuit = impyerno
    month 2 day 2 = max interval plyo = mas impyerno kai di ra imong til ang mag kayo, apil imong mga bukton.. daghan kaau ug resistance moves.. pero kaya ra na.. hinay2 lang kai basin makuyapan ka..

    TIP lang: if di ma kaya drecho drecho, press pause, ginhawa lang kadiyot, ayaw pag apas sa mga tawo sa video kai mamatay kag sayu, kanumdum ko sa akong experience pag 1st week, ang 59 mins nga DVD akong matiwas ug 1 hour and 45 minutes sa kadaghan nako ug pause abtan pa 2 minutes ang rest usahay kung magsakit na ang dughan gininhawa ug lawum.. haha

    just sharing my before and after pics.. this was taken 2 months ago, a week after i graduated INSANITY.. (before pic was actually taken month 1 day 18 during INSANTIY..so the caption is kinda messed up kai it says before INSANITY.. pero you get the point.. it wont be a before and after pic but a during and after pic.. murag buntis..)
    if you're wondering nganu niwang kaau ko murag walay kaon, that is because nag calorie deficit jud ko sa akong diet coz dali jud kaau ko muburot especially sa tiyan..
    no shakes, no supps, no energy drinks, just water and a lot of digging deep.

    ask lang ko bro about meals, 5-6 times a day pud ka? Nipost ko sa teambeachbody forums ba, pakan-on man ko nilag 2k+ calories

    kay mao daw akong required kan-on.. tsk3.. daghanan raman ko oi..

    4x ra ko makakaon a day kai lisod sa oras kung graveyard shift primi... choice man nako nang mag calorie deficit kai basta makakaon ko sauna murag pang pista man. hehe
    depende man gud na sa imong height ug build ang caloric intake nimo bro gud...
    wala man ko gi follow na diet plan, ug walay klaro akong nutritional intake pag INSANITY nako mao wala nako ma achieve ang akong goal. pero nag increase ko caloric intake pag asylum and so far, gaining definition and increase in muscles especially sa arms.

    mga bro, kaning sa 2nd month kani nya first day: fit test & max interval circuit, e sagunson gyud ni siya or pwede ra fit test morning, then max interval circuit inig hapon? thanks.
