its irreversible. but if you somehow manage to find a concealer or ways to remove superficial scratches...please do share. =)

i just got my first Macbook Pro today. it's driving me crazy! as i've always been a Windows user, it's all alien to me. can we use MS Office in Mac? need to do reports for work but all my files are in MS Office.
