I believe those are the most popular social bookmarking sites. I could be wrong. They came by default. We can add more however.

PS. Katong ganahan ug "Show new replies to your posts" naa'y lain way para ana. Just go to your User Control Panel (click Profile sa taas) then go to Edit Options then under Default Thread Subscription Mode, choose No Email Notification. After that everytime naay reply sa thread nga inyo gi participate-an, makita ninyo sa inyong User Control Panel (click Profile sa taas), under sa New Subscribed Threads.

Furl has been around at least as long as StumbleUpon, maybe even longer. I can't say anything about usage, but all these sites are widely used. digg for example is a relative newcomer compared to others.
