yeah bro. people are too obsessed with "body weight" which isn't important in my opinion unless you're competing for a "specific" weight class IE: heavy weight, feather. and etc. which require weigh-ins.
but for us regular people what's really really important is Body Fat Percentage. people are too fixated upon that "number" on the scale. but if you give it some thought no one can really tell your "x" amount of lbs / kg by looking at you.
...but it is more noticeable how much "fat" you're carrying around. at least in my opinion. sure they won't be able to specify your exact BF % but "cuts" and muscle striations will be noticeable even without flexing. the contours in your face. your stomach. etc.
Hi TS, akong Workout Schedule is MWF (cardio exercise like jump rope) and TTh (Strength exrcise like dumbells), then Sat og Sunday kay biking ra every morning. Ang ako lang gusto nga iachieve is to have a fit body! okay ra neh nga routine sah?
I also eat more organic foods right now like fruits, veggies, etc and as much as possible kay maglikay jud ko sa processed foods..

hello mga parts hehe ngayo lang unta kog tambag ba, student paman ko then nahan ta ko mubalik gym pero lisod ako sched run kay 10:30 sa buntag to 9pm man ko , nya nahan ta ko mag gym sa buntag mga 6-8pm unta kutob ang time para mag exercise/gym ako pangutana is unsaon nako pag stay nga active ghapon ko kanang di mag luya after mag exercise/gym nya klase man ko 10am to 9pm man para di sad ma daot ako pag school while ga pa fit kos ako lawasty sa mga mutambag.
