is it ok to combine biking and jogging and then push ups and crunches on the same day? Or should i do them on alternate?
I want to have toned upper body and thinner legs.

mao ni program naku ron.. so far naka uyon ako lawas
any pros and cons ani?
i would turn it into a 3 day bro split. the rest day in between the workout prepares you for the next cycle a lot better as opposed to after the 6 days.
ie:
day 1: chest/back
day 2: shoulders/arms
day 3: legs
REST
day 1: chest/back
day 2: shoulders/arms
day 3: legs
what i personally like about 3 day splits is that the rest day always changes =)
sorry for the late reply. do it everyday. it isn't intense enough [ unless you're doing outrageous reps ] and there aren't enough exercises to really challenge your muscles that they need time to rest. so it's perfectly fine to do everything everyday in my opinion. if your body can handle it that is.
i would add in body weight ATG squats. among other home body workouts.
people complain that their muscles hurt after working out but if you're consistent enough the pain goes away. so once your body gets use to the daily routine. your body won't be sore anymore.
i want to try whey supplements. i'm currently into high intensity workouts and metafit. but no heavy lifting. is it okay to take supplements?
