Hazard pay, i would presume lahi ranas night diff dba.. so from Labangon to Sykes mga pila kaha..kay from my place to sykes its atleast Php 120~130 if mag taxi.

di sad kaabot ug 120-130 from Labangon to Sykes ui (taga Labangon baya ko)

di man gani kaabot ug 100 ang taxi fare(unless tga Tisa ka)

pero sakto ka, lahi na cya sa night diff.. truth is, gamay ra jud ug basic salary sa sykes compared sa laing call centers, pero the fact that dili ka pressured sa imo work justifies your basic man sad

if nangita kag daghan kwarta, I would tell you right now that Sykes isn't for you

Probably sa 10PM dli na jud na around 95-110 nalang

Im aware of the 11k basic salary sa Sykes, and you are wrong in your presumptions of me looking for a big salary. I always consider the work load and the salary together. Thanks for the response.

@earl: yah different ang hazard pay and night dif. im not really sure kung pila ang hazard pay sa labangon its either area 4 or 5. wala lng ko kahibaw pila ang hazard pay sa mga area2 kay sa area 2 raman ako nhbawan ehehehe
