i do not like the "what is your expected salary?" question. it can make or break you. if you say something higher, they may not consider you. if you give something lower, they may think you do not value yourself.

- Don't make answers that is already in your resume because that would sense your just memorizing or rehearsing your answers.

- Try sugarcoat or sandwich your weaknesses with positive outlook on how did you deal or working with it.

- Never make answers that sounds like you're answering to Q&A portion of Beauty Pageants because it's totally lame and already expected.
