Sa tinuod lang, what is really misleading about this whole issue is that Gwen was not ordered dismissed by the Ombudsman for the Balili lot purchase. That case has already been dismissed. The issue at hand it over whether or not Gwen had approval from the provincial board when she ordered backfilling material for the Baili lot. It is just phrased by the Ombudsman in a very deceiving manner and national mainstream media also seems to be trying to mislead us.

If Gwen is guilty, then by all means punish her. But it seems like in this case, the ombudsman is just out to get her. Sa tinuod lang jud. Try to dig deeper on this topic and you will see what I mean.
