I got a refund because the product is not performing as advertized for an HD device, broken video playback. I got it from Aerophones.

I havent tried any registration yet coz sa aerophones sila ra mo send sa card, though sa atoa importante ang recibo vs the registration.

Samsung head office ang mo process ana so you can either call them or drop them an email showing them your case.. much better if you show them with pictures you have taken sa issue. Sa service center ang claim but processing sa manila tanan. Goodluck!

Abi nako wala kay issue sa imong Galaxy Note, I even thought ako ra sa pinas nagka problema )

bai earlz nka register naka sa note nimo through Samsung.ph? na site? di man nako makita nag model number sa note oi.

i guess naa pud ky issue sa akong screen.. murag tanan man cguro.

Not all phones pud affected, some dont even have black clipping sa akoa igon ani na after i had the screen replaced for another issue.
My screen looks like yours if I check it in a bright environment, nag lisod gali kog pakita sa akong friend sa issue kay hayag kaayos SM we had to goto the cinema area so she can see the massive difference.

i found out that my screen has issues when you let me test the video you posted.

same issue as mine.. the black clipping is simply horrendous...

but I heard that the new models especially the ones released Feb 2012 doesnt have or have very minimal clippings already...
