If i were a girl and this will happen to me. I will still file a case against the guy, he has no right to force someone to have s** with him regardless mag uyab mo. plus uyab pa jud mo so meaning anytime pwdi mo mag buwag. still it is a crime so i will file a case. yes to teach him that he can't control anyone to get what he wants unsa na lang kaha kung mag minyo mo battered wife ka or abusive husband na cya...
