Ay nalang sa Busay... naa koy bagong lugar!! It's at Lilo-an - we jog/walk about 8 km to a waterfall, then a really fun climb/jump sort of trek up the rocks of the waterfall for about 3 hours or so, until we reach a road further up that leads back to civilisation.Originally Posted by hernan

What do you mean relax? Kanang di kusog mo-beat compared to it's normal beating? Ok lang na, even regular and hardcore joggers have faster heartbeat rate when they jog. It's normal because your body will exert more effort in turn it needs more oxygen, mao nang kusog ang beating sa heart because it pumps more blood to supply oxygen. Just jog regularly and you just won't notice it nga taas na diay ka hangin. Before I can barely make 5 rounds at IT Park, but now I can easily do about 8-9 rounds at Abellana, sometimes I do more than 10. Hinay hinay lang, your body will get used to it. The key is consistency.
