I'm part of the "fanghurls" who are crying because of the lack of Dedicated Servers. It really sucks for the people in "Da Philippines" because in "Da Philippines" we only have "PiÑatas" in our Lan Parties.

I won't defend anything you're saying against me or any of my LAN Party friends anyways. You can believe whatever you want while I believe whatever I want. I'm not going to speak up in behalf of my LAN Party friends because basically we do not pay attention to any sorts of mental retardation. Besides, reading on your posts, I think I came into a conclusion that you are actually a Console Fanboy (where these kinds of people are actually tiring to hear like stuff about PC Elitists).

Since you really think I am a PC Elitist, then I am just as deserving (yay thanks!) to give your very favorite game (obviously MW2) a hit-in-the-nuts critical reception of your favorite game, usually pointing out the faults I imply that reviewers ignore in high-profile releases. PC Elitists are just as good as Simon Cowell as we insult your favorite American Idol stars (where in common, participants go out of the room crying out loud like having a really bruised ego). So if you feel MW2 got kicked in the nuts and you feel so bad about it, please keep it to yourself and cry some more. We're just doing our jobs as critics.

Look guys, this is obviously a MW2 thread, and were here to discuss bout it. Now if there are parts of the game you did not like or just did not like the game overall for that matter then fine. That's your opinion. But can you at least provide some constructive criticism as to why it didn't work for you and what needs to improve?

Posting comments like "this game is like a sissy boy" or "you play this game? you must be just jumping on the hype bandwagon".... just makes you sound like a troll.

This argument seems to stem from what I quoted. People on the internets seriously need a lesson in subtlety. Despite all your strong feelings and perhaps logical arguments, when gaming is concerned, all of it is opinion. If you do not like Modern Warfare 2, then that is your opinion. Assuming that people are just on the hype bandwagon and not honestly liking the game is presumptuous. If you do not like the changes in the game, you need to realize that you are part of the vocal few ... and not the majority. The vocal few always make the most ruckus. I'm sorry that no dedicated servers means more lag in the Philippines, but your gaming population and the "clan" population is a minority. Do NOT expect a company to honor the minority of gamers. Infinity Ward owes you nothing. It's simple really, don't play the game, find another one.

Should sales judge GOTY awards? ... or should quality? Let's talk fact. Who is to say that MW2 wasn't a game with quality? Arguably no one who plays any shooter. There is no journalist who voted for Uncharted 2 will tell you MW2 was a bad game. Arguing about how awards should be judged is fruitless. But those who could vote for GOTY ... their votes are opinion. I love Tupac, but I am in no position to tell anyone that Tupac is better than Soulja Boy. There is no fact in a topic that is so subjective. Music is such a horrible analogy to use especially when there are actual things you can rate in video games that don't exist in music.

If any of you claim to be real gamers, then play games. Stop arguing like little kids although some of you still technically are. Stop comparing platforms. It is dumb. I have talked about dumb platform fights before. It's stupid. Be a fan of games, not platforms.

I admire that you have opinions and I respect it. But for the sake of clarity, my post was direct at not just you, but everyone who comes into these threads with the same re-hashed arguments that can be found on the Internet, without a console to play certain games, but yet have the audacity to criticize fans who differ in opinion.

Thank you for respecting my opinion, but I encourage you to respect the opinion of others other than me. I detest JRPGs, that is why I don't EVER participate in their discussion until I develop an appreciation for them.
