Our landlord left this crow and two others, an iguana, and a snake on their own in his property without proper care.
Since my wife and I feed him, he's attached himself to my family along with some alley cats.
I wonder why people buy pets and don't take care of them.

yeah I agree. I don't get it when people buy pets but neglect to take care of them. There are plenty of cats around my area, but they used to be loved pets when they were smaller. Now the owner just let them move around the neighborhood and result, they got skin disease and are now walking flea bags.
