naay saying that goes "old habit are hard to break" diba? so if imo ra ilisan imong eating habit instead of diet.. *imagine

I gave up a lot of information in this forum... which, wala kaayo gamit, coz ang mga tao mag sige ug pangutana... too lazy to do their own research and even scan from prev posts... sorry sa mga na igo...

i recently changed my routine to a 2 day2x traning...
from:
monday - full body
tuesday - rest/cardio
weds- full body
thurs - rest/cardio
friday - full body
sat - rest/cardio
sun - rest
to:
mon - chest, shoulders, tricep, abs
tues - legs, back, biceps, calves
weds - rest/cardio
thursday - see monday
friday - rest/cardio
saturday - see tuesday
sunday - rest
usually i do cardo sa 'rest' day...
since i've start to record my food income and weight on May 15 until today i've lost 13lbs. already hopefully by 8/30/06 i'd be around 190lbs.

changes nako: my chest and shoulders kay ning porma na ug gamay, dili na kaayo ko duka-on when doing exercises, naa nako three packs! woot woot! unya nalang ang pics kay ma uwaw pa ko....
unsa inyo buhaton if dili mo maka tiwas sa isa ka rep sa set?
for example..
3 sets of 12 reps of a certain exercise but you did only 8 reps 6 reps 7 reps...
ako kay inig ka next day nako bawion or inigka gabii...
