Ako lang i post akong DIY mixture again, just in case somebody needs it.
Brown sugar 1/2 kilo (preferrably SM brand brown sugar)
Active dry yeast (preferrably from Caro & Marie brand, if wala, ok ra bisan asa as long as dili hupas)
1 empty bottle 1.5liter coke/sprite (with cap nga naa nay hose naka attach para sa check valve padung tank, I used two 1.5liter connected using Y connector for my 35gal tank)
First, boil tap water mga 1 cup then dissolve tanan brown sugar. Let it cool para dili ma lumping ang 1.5 liter bottle.
Then ibutang nimu sa 1.5 liter bottle, dugangi ug tap water (mas nindot mcwd water) until 3/4 full ang bottle.
Add a pinch (about 1/4 teaspoon) active dry yeast. You don't have to shake it.
It should produce bubbles in a few hours.
Key ingredient, Brown sugar, kanang sa SM, Save More. Others have a lot of success using Muscovado(?) but haven't tried it.
My mixture would go about 7-9 days.
Nag gamit rakog pinakagamayng submersible pump to breakdown the bubbles sa CO2 but I know daghan na kaayo mas nindot diffuser karon sa market.![]()
