my time is very important to me. i'm active throughout the whole day. even the 2 hours i spend on the internet is important. be it facebook talking to my friends. stuff for family business. nursing stuff. and even istorya ( hopefully encouraging / supporting / providing info )
i think @
nzo couldn't of said it any better about people who have aesthetic goals. professional or not. IT'S REALLY HARD and MANY DO FAIL. in fact almost the majority of people who try it. DO FAIL.
it's easy to get big. and build muscle/strength. the HARD part is cutting and trying to KEEP as much of those gains. while creating and sculpting art with your body. and THEN trying to maintain "x" % of body fat throughout the years. hell, i even know people who BULK again just to build more muscle. then CUT again.
a never ending cycle. i'm sure we all can relate. getting a 6-pack is one of the hardest things to do ( a real six pack - not a somali pirate 6 pack ) the whole reason people can see the whole abdominal muscle ( the bottom 2 as people like to call it ) is completely related to Body Fat %.
FOOT NOTE: the abdominal muscle is 1 muscle. you can't "isolate" it. with any "magical" ab workout.
i think that's why i chose aesthetics as my goal. the failure rate is SO HIGH. that motivates me so much it's not even funny.
i hope to create an aesthetic movement here in Cebu one day. the same like Zyzz ( Father of Aesthetics - may he REST IN PEACE ) did for the world. Along with the LoA team who carry his work among others now.
P.S.
i hope no one gets insulted. we all just have different goals. i have nothing against getting big / strength gains/ hypertrophy etc ) aesthetics would no where without this foundation. so i give a lot of respect to people who pursue that goal.
the owner of @
wisechoice works out at metrosports. him and his team that he workouts with are probably the most BEAST people i've seen in Cebu. and they lift ridiculously heavy. i have trouble working out when they are there because i'm too busy watching them. LOL.
