Anyways, i wil start bulking on monday sir. I just came from a mini cut, that is why i am planning to have a 200-300 cals over maintenace then planning to go higher as the time progresses. ill just listen to how my body reacts to everything and then i will just adjust accordingly. How was your leg training today sir?

ah good luck! it'll be awhile until i hit 15% BF =( i think i'll be stuck at 18-22 for awhile while on this clean bulk. that's okay. yeahhhhh! that's another dogma of mine. listen to your body!

so motivational to me when someone has brain muscles too. do your thing sir cyrenz! i'm leaving for the gym now. the gym is my hyperbolic chamber. i always give 100% sometimes even 101%. arguments or not. or whatever stress / life problems i faced that day. they all go away the second i step into that dungeon. it's all about that focus.

hmm. i can't say i'm well versed in those departments. whenever i'm on a health trip i stop smoking. it's just a huge difference. practically night and day. sorry i can't help you. i've never come across any articles or information from my friends about smoking risks and how it directly affects muscle growth.

but just based on "health" knowledge. you need oxygen and proper breathing during workouts. especially cardio. smoking really hits the cardiovascular system hard. which you don't want. but if it's part of your lifestyle just be prepared your body won't be working at optimal level.

as far as drinking goes. i still drink. just not as frequent as before and in moderation. just be prepared to do a lot of cardio to get rid of the excess calories. the thing that sucks about alcohol is that there's so many empty calories. which do nothing for your body. if i drink now. i stick to san miguel light. just because the caloric information is available online. i can track how many bottles i drink. and the calorie content is a lot less than red horse / etc. a good example of what alcohol does to people who don't work out is the dreaded "beer gut" . i'm sure we all have friends who are really skinny or of small stature. but have a huge gut / stomach because they drink a lot. the calories from alcohol go straight into the stomach. if unused they turn into stored energy. aka fat cells.

FAT CELLS do not die. they just get smaller ( size wise ) in the body.

rice at least has healthy carbs. protein and healthy fat.

jaeahr might technically have a blazing fast metabolism that can burn and utilize that amount of calories he takes in given the type and amount of food he posted, i probably ate a larger meal that him during my prime before and was also able to bulk up well and yes you can call it "clean bulk" as I am unable to build body fats visible to the naked eye and still able to build lean body mass during off season and polish them off during pre contest preparations...on my avatar, i weigh in @180lbs on a 5'4" frame around 20-25% BF (.., im not sure with the date I may have forgotten lol ), shot taken around last month of 3rd quarter of 2013 and during one of my last workout sessions before switching over to another "physical activity", I was already eating almost anything at that time even when my metabolic rate was already slower that it used to be... but it worked for me but it may not work for you since we may have a different metabolic rate to utilize the calories we take in, you are probably young and not into competitive bodybuilding so you can experiment on different types of "loading" or eating habits to know what is best for you...trust me it will take years for you to just know what works and what does not, eventually you will change it since what was working may not be tomorrow so prepare to adapt again...even professional bodybuilders who just think about getting aesthetically huge as their everyday life FAIL, they even have nutritionists and doctors guiding them but most shrug it off and bounce back in the game...this is a sport of enduring patience and willpower and im $hit proud you joined the bandwagon

my time is very important to me. i'm active throughout the whole day. even the 2 hours i spend on the internet is important. be it facebook talking to my friends. stuff for family business. nursing stuff. and even istorya ( hopefully encouraging / supporting / providing info )

i think @nzo couldn't of said it any better about people who have aesthetic goals. professional or not. IT'S REALLY HARD and MANY DO FAIL. in fact almost the majority of people who try it. DO FAIL.

it's easy to get big. and build muscle/strength. the HARD part is cutting and trying to KEEP as much of those gains. while creating and sculpting art with your body. and THEN trying to maintain "x" % of body fat throughout the years. hell, i even know people who BULK again just to build more muscle. then CUT again.
a never ending cycle. i'm sure we all can relate. getting a 6-pack is one of the hardest things to do ( a real six pack - not a somali pirate 6 pack ) the whole reason people can see the whole abdominal muscle ( the bottom 2 as people like to call it ) is completely related to Body Fat %.

FOOT NOTE: the abdominal muscle is 1 muscle. you can't "isolate" it. with any "magical" ab workout.

i think that's why i chose aesthetics as my goal. the failure rate is SO HIGH. that motivates me so much it's not even funny.

i hope to create an aesthetic movement here in Cebu one day. the same like Zyzz ( Father of Aesthetics - may he REST IN PEACE ) did for the world. Along with the LoA team who carry his work among others now.

    P.S.
i hope no one gets insulted. we all just have different goals. i have nothing against getting big / strength gains/ hypertrophy etc ) aesthetics would no where without this foundation. so i give a lot of respect to people who pursue that goal.

the owner of @wisechoice works out at metrosports. him and his team that he workouts with are probably the most BEAST people i've seen in Cebu. and they lift ridiculously heavy. i have trouble working out when they are there because i'm too busy watching them. LOL.

Cebu Aesthetic Crew! nice idea sir. Btw, why does Zyzz considered the father of aesthetics? I really don't know a lot about him, what i know is that he is aesthetic as fuaaarrk as what the guys say over the internet.

How about organizing a group or community sir? Set a group workout, share ideas, form checks etc. this will be fun

yeah. that's him. hahahahahha. that guy is awesome. he started the whole "aesthetic" movement. encouraged it. motivated it. and people followed. we are his "sons" so to speak if you're into aesthetics.
being and turning into ALPHA MALES. leaders of the pack. top of the food chain.

i would love to start something like that. but i don't have the "body" for it yet. it's kind of against my dogma to start something like that when i have like a 20%+ BF right now. i feel like someone that should start something like that is someone who IS "aesthetic". hehe you're more aesthetic than i am. but maybe one day? hehehe. plus i have a LOT of priorities. being aesthetic is far from my list of priorities. and i feel like a "leader" of such a movement. even here in Cebu - needs to dedicate themselves to any type of "movement" it's just my personal feeling "show before you speak" and at the moment I AM FAR FROM AESTHETIC. LOL!

i'm knowledgeable in the way of aesthetics. knowledge is one thing but in the body building community. it's all about "SHOW IT"

"Everybody, one day will die, and be forgetton. Act and behave in a way that will make life interesting and fun, **** a mundane predictable life working monday to friday with something you derive no pleasure from; just living life out till you grow old and wither away. Find a passion, form relationships, dont be afraid to get out there and **** what everyone else thinks, trust me its alot more fun that way.
