    yup. i track my food on a daily basis. if i ever progress to dirty bulking i'll probably stop. but i'm trying to keep the weight gain clean as possible. SUPER SILHIG as i like to call it.

    haha. my bad. that wasn't really directed at you. it was in general. i guess you took it as i meant just you. i just don't want this forum to turn into a hot mess like the bodybuilding.com forums are. where videos are "proof". and i'm not going to go through the trouble of that here. etc etc.

    what i mean is that. it shouldn't be a question unless you tried it first. like you said 1.5 KG of rice is 2K cals. etc. that still leaves me with 1200 calories. which i put into protein and fats.

    i just have a high standard dogma with " do / try before asking "

    i am here to help. you aren't helping yourself enough is the problem. if you knew 1.5 KG of rice is 2K calories. that means you could easily of found a way to find 1200 calories worth of 200g of protein. then it's like "awww do i really have to sit here and make a screenshot of my food diary"

    i wasn't offended directly at your question. what i was offended at was the laziness of the question. i hope you can understand the difference. whole part of body building is not being lazy. this has to be with the mind too. not just within the gym.

I was asking about the rice question because you mentioned that you are currently doing a "very clean bulk". I find it hard on how to fit that with your macro requirement given that you are consuming fudgee bars and creatine mono. I am in awe when i first saw your transformation, im definitely "mirin". Pero, the way you act right now i do think you are just showboating here. Also, please be consistent with your posts. You said that "CONSISTENCY is the key", yet imong mga posts dili consistent. Pagbisaya nalang sad, i k ow kabalo ka magbisaya. Try to backread your previous posts, payter man lagi kaa ka mo bisaya. Then later on ni ana ka nga you suck at speaking in bisaya kay its just our 5th or 6th language/dialect. Pretty consistent huh?

    i have answered everyone's question without hesitation. i have answered all my PM's without hesitation. every answer of mine has been in detail as much as possible off the top of my head without searching on the internet. or looking at my notes. if i do have time to look at my notes. i edit my post and add more information. all my knowledge has been shared to the line on a T to the dot on an i . if you think i'm showboating then you obviously have no understanding of the word. the only showboating i'm doing is showing people how lazy you are.
